Pre-Order Refund Policy

• If you place a pre-order for Shield, you are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked, at any time during the pre-order phase.

• Simply email us at support@ganaio.com with your order details, and we’ll process your refund promptly.

 

30-Day Return Policy

• Once you’ve received your Shield, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

• To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in its original condition with no signs of damage.

  • The original packaging should be included, if possible.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.

 

1-Year Product Warranty

• Shield is covered by a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.

• This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

• If a defect is found, Ganaio will repair, replace, or provide a refund for the product at no additional cost.

• The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Normal wear and tear.
